DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 400 f and line a baking sheet.
Place 2 Black Bean Veggie Burgers (thawed) on the baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes, if cooking from frozen add an additional 3 minutes.
While the burgers are baking, spread 1/2 tablespoon of butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Place the butter side down and sprinkle the 4 slices of bread with cheese.
Preheat a skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
Add the 4 slices of bread to the pan, butter side down. Cook until the bread looks golden and crisp. The cheese should be melting, cover with a lid to help the cheese melt faster.
Once the burgers are ready place on top of the bread.
Top the burger with the other slice of bread and continue to cook until the cheese has completely melted.
