DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 350 f and line a baking sheet. Cook the White Truffle Veggie Burger for about 15 minutes.
If you're using premade tzatziki, skip this step** Prepare the Tzatziki sauce by combining the plain greek yogurt, minced garlic, grated cucumber, chopped fresh dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well to combine. Adjust the seasonings to taste.
Slice the cherry tomatoes in half. Separate a few leaves of butter lettuce. Chop the red onion. Chop fresh parsley.
Warm the pita bread either by placing it in the oven or heating it briefly in a skillet.
Once the Truffle Veggie Burger is cooked, cut into strips and place in the pita bread.
Top the White Truffle Burger with the cherry tomato halves, butter lettuce leaves, chopped red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
Drizzle tzatziki sauce generously over the filling inside the pita.
Garnish the loaded truffle gyro with fresh parsley.
Serve the loaded truffle gyro immediately while still warm.
