Veggie Burgers with Summer Mango Salsa


  • 2 cups mango
  • 2 Actual Orange Burgers
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ½ cup red onion
  • 1 jalapeno
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 4-5 mint leaves
  • Fresh parsley to taste
  • 1-2 tbsp chile lime seasoning (Trader Joe’s or Tajín)

  • Dice mango into small cubes.
  • Dice avocado in small cubes.
  • Finely chop red onion.
  • Chop jalapeno, remove seeds if needed depending on spice preference.
  • Chop mint leaves and parsley.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mango, avocado, red onion, jalapeno, herbs, chile lime seasoning and lime juice.
  • Mix gently to combine.
  • Cook the Actual Orange Burger according to the package instructions.
  • Once the burgers are done, top with the salsa and enjoy!
