DIRECTIONS
Dice mango into small cubes.
Dice avocado in small cubes.
Finely chop red onion.
Chop jalapeno, remove seeds if needed depending on spice preference.
Chop mint leaves and parsley.
In a mixing bowl, combine the mango, avocado, red onion, jalapeno, herbs, chile lime seasoning and lime juice.
Mix gently to combine.
Cook the Sweet Potato Burger according to the package instructions.
Once the burgers are done, top with the salsa and enjoy!
