The Actual Stir-fry

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Actual Veggies Orange Burger
  • ½ Cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 Red pepper sliced
  • Handful snap peas
  • 2 Broccoli crowns, cut
  • 2 Tsp. olive oil, divided
  • 1 Tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 Tsp. coconut aminos
  • Cooked brown rice
  • 1 Tsp. sesame seeds
  • 2 Green onions sliced
  • Salt and pepper
  • DIRECTIONS

  • Crumble the Actual Burgers into a hot skillet with a light amount of olive oil, and mushrooms until cooked.
  • Remove the burger crumbles and mushrooms from the skillet and set aside in a bowl.
  • In the pan, add the remaining olive oil, red pepper, snap peas, and broccoli. Cook until tender.
  • Add the burger and mushroom mix. Toss together and add sesame oil and coconut aminos. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve mixture over cooked brown rice, and top with sesame seeds and sliced green onion.
