DIRECTIONS
Crumble the Actual Burgers into a hot skillet with a light amount of olive oil, and mushrooms until cooked.
Remove the burger crumbles and mushrooms from the skillet and set aside in a bowl.
In the pan, add the remaining olive oil, red pepper, snap peas, and broccoli. Cook until tender.
Add the burger and mushroom mix. Toss together and add sesame oil and coconut aminos. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve mixture over cooked brown rice, and top with sesame seeds and sliced green onion.
