½ lb. Alternative pasta (suggestions: lentil, gluten free)
Store bought marinara (preferred: RAO’s)
Fresh mozzarella sliced (or vegan mozzarella)
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Follow the instructions on the package to prepare the Actual Green Burgers.
While the burgers are cooking, boil the pasta water, and cook the pasta to al dente, or preferred doneness. Drain.
Warm pasta sauce, and top over cooked pasta.
Place slices of mozzarella on top of the cooked burgers and melt * chef tip – place in hot oven, or if cooking on skillet, place lid on top of warmed pan.
