DIRECTIONS
Cook the instant ramen noodles (without the seasoning packet).
Mix with flax egg and less than half of the seasoning packet and shape into two patties.
Fry ramen patties in a non-stick pan until golden brown.
Cook the Sweet Potato Veggie Burger on the same pan as the ramen.
Place the cheese on top of one of the ramen patties a few minutes before it’s finished.
Make pink sauce by mixing ketchup, mayo, and lemon juice.
Assemble burger with tomato, sautéed onions, sauerkraut, and pink sauce. Enjoy!
