DIRECTIONS
Cook the Purple Roots Veggie Burger according to the package instructions.
While the burger is cooking, slice the tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, avocado and carrots. Cut the butter lettuce into shreds.
Take two slices of your favorite bread and spread a generous amount of hummus on each slice.
Layer the lettuce on one side, followed by cucumber, avocado, carrots, bell peppers, tomatoes, radishes, Purple Roots burger and red onion.
