Korean-Inspired Burger Bowl

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Actual Orange Burger
  • ½ carrot, sliced into strips
  • Handful of sprouts
  • ½ cup purple cabbage
  • Green onion to garnish
  • Sesame seeds to garnish
  • ½ cup baby bella mushroom, chopped
  • ⅓ cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup white rice
  • Cumin, paprika, salt and pepper
  • Coconut aminos
  • Kimchi
  • Spicy mayo:
  • 2 tbsp vegan mayo
  • ½ lime, juice
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • DIRECTIONS

  • Cook the Orange Burger according to the package instructions.
  • Cook the mushroom and walnuts on medium heat with a splash of oil. Season with 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, salt, and pepper. Finish off with a splash of coconut aminos. Cook for about 7 minutes.
  • To make the sprouts, cook on low heat with a splash of oil and coconut aminos for 5 minutes, or until they are tender.
  • Cook the rice separately according to the package instructions.
  • Prep the cabbage, carrot, and green onion.
  • Make the spicy mayo by mixing all three ingredients together.
  • Assemble your bowl and garnish with sesame seeds and green onion. Drizzle with the spicy mayo and enjoy!
