DIRECTIONS
Cook the Orange Burger according to the package instructions.
Cook the mushroom and walnuts on medium heat with a splash of oil. Season with 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, salt, and pepper. Finish off with a splash of coconut aminos. Cook for about 7 minutes.
To make the sprouts, cook on low heat with a splash of oil and coconut aminos for 5 minutes, or until they are tender.
Cook the rice separately according to the package instructions.
Prep the cabbage, carrot, and green onion.
Make the spicy mayo by mixing all three ingredients together.
Assemble your bowl and garnish with sesame seeds and green onion. Drizzle with the spicy mayo and enjoy!
