Still Perfecting the Texture
As a dietitian, I appreciate the veggie-forward approach of Actual Veggies! The flavor of the mushroom and quinoa patties was savory and didn’t need any cheese or condiments. I cooked them in a skillet for about 4 minutes per side and got a nice crispy finish, but the inside was still a bit soft for my liking. With the other flavors, I will try other cooking methods to see if they make the patty cook better throughout.
